Reviews of past core projects Hearing Impaired Workshop - Making Sense of Sounds 15 Oct 05 For the first time in the North Lincolnshire area, groups of hearing-impaired children from primary and secondary schools had the chance to learn about music through special workshops that took place in the Autumn. Percussion Special Schools Project May 2005 May 2005 Percussionist Gary Hammond and dancer Rachel Liggitt joined forces to run a music/dance fusion project with the young people at Frederick Holmes Special School in Hull. Imaginative Play at Frederick Holmes Special School March 2004 March 2004 The Firebird Trust worked with two artists to design and carry out this week-long residency at 'Freddies' in March 2004. Gamelan and Shadow Puppets at Tweendykes Special School 1 - 30 Feb 04 A group of key stage 2 and 3 children at Tweendykes Special School worked on a music and puppet performance. Rhythm Attack Percussion Quartet Project November 2003 November 2003 This concert was a culmination of two half day workshops with pupils from Cambridge Park School and Humberston Park School led by the Rhythm Attack Percussion quartet.
