Music4U - Making Music in the Humber Region 2005 to 2007 New Report Booklet now available to download Music4U's Director, Delma Tomlin, awarded an MBE in the New Years' Honours List Delma Tomlin, the Director of Music4U, the Humber Region Action Zone, has been awarded an MBE for Services to the Arts in Yorkshire in The Queen’s New Years’ Honours List. GRIMSBY-BASED YOUTH MUSIC PROJECT SCOOPS REGIONAL AWARD A Dj-ing project aimed at young offenders in North East Lincolnshire, has scooped a regional award this week in the first ever ‘Just Creativity’ Awards run by the Arts Council England, Yorkshire, the Youth Justice Board, the Prison Service and the Youth Offending Teams in Yorkshire and the Humber.
